Twisted Gigi is a specially-ranged Twisted like and. Thus, she can use her hand to launch a high ranged attack on Toons if spotted. However, unlike them, she uses this ability only if the pursued Toon has Items in their inventory, taking them in an order from left to right. She is also a bit faster than the average Twisted's speed, being as fast as, and can keep a high tracking time on the Toon she is attempting to charge at.

Instead of a red ring or dot like the other Twisteds, she instead has star pupils. She crawls around the floor with her large, oversized sweater sleeves, which have Ichor stains on the ends. Aside from her head and sweater sleeves, the rest of her appears to be untouched. She normally has a vacant grin on her face and has an eyebrow appear above one of her eyes when chasing a Toon.
Strategies
Twisted Gigi should be carefully maintained with her speed and ability cooldown while you are trying to distract. If she does this multiple times, your Items will diminish, resulting in a much smaller chance of survival. If you have no Items left, she will behave like any other normal Twisted and is barely a threat. Do note that there are other Twisteds that can be dangerous while distracting, such as, and. If you only need to distract Twisted Gigi, try to loop around cover so that her grabbing arm loses line of sight, letting you keep your Items. If you plan to distract multiple Twisteds alongside Twisted Gigi, sometimes it can be easier just to let your Items go. This is mainly because her pause in movement when grabbing can be quite unreliable to work with, potentially letting her move in the opposite direction you planned when looping. Alternately, if you are holding any important Items like a, try repeatedly filling your first Item slot with worthless Common Items like. Since Twisted Gigi will always go in order of your first Item slot first, repeatedly filling your first Item slot will make sure she can't reach your second and third slot. Stamina should also be used carefully while trying to lose Twisted Gigi, as she has a higher speed than other Twisteds. Make multiple sharp turns in corners until she's given up to be safe. Due to her high attention span as well, try to lose line of sight quicker by going around islands.

However, if Blot activates Blot Jr. and Twisted Gigi spots Blot Jr. first, she will go to attack him with her melee attack, and this weirdly puts her Item grab on cooldown.
