Twisted Scraps has a similar appearance to her Toon counterpart, yet still has some changes. Her skin is more dull than her Toon counterpart's. The top of her magenta-colored ears are slightly covered in Ichor and a bit taller and sharper. Twisted Scraps is a roaming Twisted who acts similarly to her brother. She has a special ranged attack with a cooldown of 15 seconds, where she stretches her tail towards a player to hit them. Twisted Scraps can also attack with a melee attack up-close, much like other Twisteds. Like Twisted Goob's ranged attack, Twisted Scraps' ranged attack will fail if you are able to get behind an object in time, use 's Precious Packaging Ability at the right moment, (works once per Floor), or if you are playing as.

Twisted Scraps has a similar appearance to her Toon counterpart, yet still has some changes. Her skin is more dull than her Toon counterpart's. The top of her magenta-colored ears are slightly covered in Ichor and a bit taller and sharper. The ends of her dress are sharper than usual, and her claws are sharper and her paws are slightly covered in Ichor, however the sharp talons are untouched. Her magenta cup is now split in half and its sides are sharper resembling a mouth of a reptile, and it’s covered in Ichor too. Upon seeing a toon, her eyes perk up, and her mouth opens in excitement.
Strategies
Twisted Scraps, just like, has a ranged attack. However, unlike him, Twisted Scraps does not pull you towards her, or pulls herself into you as a reminiscent of her Toon counterpart's Active Ability. She instead stretches her tail up to a Toon to attack them, having a cooldown of 15 seconds afterwards. To prevent getting hit, get out of Line of Sight immediately if she suddenly swings her tail to the side. An easy way to break Line of Sight is by covering yourself behind an island. Twisted Scraps' way of attacking is similar to Twisted Goob's, so the best way to survive her is having strategies related to him. Plan out your way of distraction with her bad attention span and speed. If there are no possible distractors at the moment, it's best to stall her by wasting her own ranged ability and take easy steps of escaping her from sight, like Twisted Goob. Twisted Scraps should not be underestimated during Blackouts, much like her brother. If you are on a Floor and are aware that Twisted Scraps is on it, and if you are spotted by her, it's best you duck behind an island, as her snake-like tail cup can easily catch you off guard. and are both good choices to counter Twisted Scraps. It can also be good to check around corners and look for her glowing eyes. If you’re able to, listen for her wind-up sound as well, as that can allow you to react in time if visual cues otherwise wouldn't due to the darkness.
Strategy
Twisted Scraps can attack Toons from afar, but can't pull them towards herself, and vice versa with, similar to their Toon counterparts. However, unlike her Toon counterpart, Twisted Scraps does not move towards Toons during her attack: she only damages them. This makes her the first Twisted with a potential ranged attack, along with Twisted Goob, and, with the second being, the third being, and the fourth being. Out of these, Twisted Scraps, Twisted Goob, and Twisted Gigi's ranged attacks are the only ones that can be blocked by. Only Twisted Scraps and Twisted Goob's are blocked by 's Passive Ability, though. In the first encounter with Twisted Scraps on any Floor, she will always start to attack with her ability. The same applies for Twisted Gigi and Twisted Goob. Twisted Scraps, Twisted Gigi, and Twisted Goob share some similarities. They are all Twisteds. They all have ranged attacks. In the first encounter with them on any Floor, they will start to attack with their abilities. Neither Smoke Bombs, 's Ability, Haunting Escape, nor 's Ability, Blot Jr. can deny their abilities, but 's Active Ability and Cardboard 'Armor' can. If they spot Blot's Blot Jr. first and attack him, their abilities will be put on cooldown. They all have a yellow Spotted Visualizer arrow instead of white. This also happens with Twisteds, but with red. For all of their similarities, Twisted Scraps and Twisted Goob are the first, with the second being Twisted Gigi. Neither Smoke Bombs, Connie's Ability, Haunting Escape, nor Blot's Ability, Blot Jr.
