Strategies
Twisted Brightney chases Toons at the same speed as, and, so you should generally treat her like the majority of s. In fact, due to the red glow she gives off, she is arguably one of the easiest Twisteds to deal with, since she gives off her location and the location of other objects nearby, and it also goes through walls, giving you time to predict where she will wander or letting Distractors find her easier. Her ability is very passive, only rerolling the chance of Blackouts on her floor, so she is only really compelling of a threat when she is on the Daily Twisted Board. Though this means that higher Floors with several different Twisteds will make her appear much more, making her more of a nuisance, getting to Floors that high expects you to be able to deal with Blackouts already. She does have a slight advantage with above-average walk speed (12) and attention span (2 seconds), but this only really gets annoying for those with 1 or 2 Movement Speed.

Twisted Brightney gives herself away with her red light, much how the actual 's Ability can expose the location of Twisteds during a Blackout, along with her having low Stealth.
