Twisted Brightney, despite being similar to her Toon counterpart, still has a few changes. Her white blush is smeared, and her left arm and legs are covered in her right eye is coated with Ichor, and her light now emits a red color, the same color as her eyes, unlike her Toon counterpart. Her normal, joyful smile has changed into a sad frown, with a dark purple shadow between her eyes. Upon seeing a Toon, her pupils shrink and her mouth hangs open, revealing her sharp teeth…
