Mechanic

Twisted Brusha paints Ichor over a Machine, which causes the chances of Skill Checks to be decreased by 15% when extracting.

Appearance

Twisted Brusha is vastly similar to her Toon counterpart. However, her bristles are much longer, with Ichor overflowing around the base. The paint on her bristles also appear in a sharper design, unlike the previous rounded splatters. The tips of her bristles, along with her hands, forearms, and apron, are stained with Ichor. Her introverted expression is replaced with a wide grin, with Ichor drooping out of her mouth and eyebags are present under her eyes, with a purple shadow between her eyes. Her eyes now feature red sclerae, black irises, and red slitted pupils, along with crooked eyelashes. Upon entering a chase, her expression becomes more malicious and her pupils shrink in size. She holds a paintbrush while roaming around the map, which she uses to stab any unfortunate Toons upon successfully landing a hit.

Strategies

Brusha doesn't possess any special mechanics other than her extremely large detection range, with it being very similar to 's (though her hearing radius is 75 less than his). Take note of this if she spawns in a Blackout, she could spot you from far in the dark and ambush you, similar to and. If you plan to distract her, be aware of lower Stealth Toons, such as, and, as they can easily pull aggro from long distances. Her high Detection Range, however, does make it easier to redirect her, where you bait a Twisted and hide behind an object for them to go somewhere else. This can even make Twisted Brusha go to places faster, as the distance it takes for Twisted Brusha to see is enough for you to walk a bit while still keeping distance. If there are no distractors present or you are doing a solo run, always be aware of your surroundings, since Twisted Brusha can easily sneak up on you if you let your guard down. Like other Commons, preserve around 40-70 stamina to outrun her. If you plan to use an or 's Speak! Ability to save a teammate from a Twisted, note that if Twisted Brusha is still wandering around, and is not aggroed on anyone, you may attract her over as well along with other nearby Twisteds. This is especially dangerous if you planned to only grab aggro temporarily to save your teammate, but on the contrary, it can be useful if you are gathering Twisteds and intend to distract, unless a Toon with lower Stealth passes by, as even in high distances, Twisted Brusha will leave you, with the other Toon possibly unaware they're in danger.

Strategy

She is the third Twisted to be seen smiling, with the first being, and the second being. smiles too, but only in his attack face. Twisted Brusha shares the same detection range with, though her hearing range is significantly less than his. Twisted Brusha seemingly uses her brush to attack the Toons, using it to stab the unfortunate victim like a spear. Twisted Brusha is one of the 4 Twisteds to be holding an object, with the second being, the third being, and the fourth being. also has this, but it's only in his render and not in-game. On the contrary, Twisted Brusha does not hold anything in her full render. Twisted Brusha's high detection range is most likely a nod to her Toon counterpart's artistic perspective. She has a complex eye for detail in art and likely other things around her, being the 'strong vision' mentioned in her Research description. If you check the model of Twisted Brusha on any animator app or even in-game, there will be a canvas inside of her head.
