As opposed to his Toon counterpart, Twisted Finn's head is a tint of black filled with Ichor (instead of his normal blue color from the water). Twisted Finn crawls around the floors of Gardenview at a speed significantly slower than the average Twisted, occasionally creating Ichor Puddles similar to Ichor Leaks; Sometimes, his toy fish, would swim inside. Occasionally, he would stop to play in these Ichor Puddles and attempt to extract any Swimmy Barnaby Machines he comes across.

- Will randomly spawn an Ichor Puddle of his own with Twisted Barnaby inside of it. When a player steps on the puddle, Twisted Barnaby will latch onto the player for a few seconds (10 for solo, 15 for 2-4 players, 20 for 4+) and their location will be revealed to Twisted Finn at all times. Twisted Finn will chase the latched player no matter what. Twisted Finn also has a chance to play in Ichor Puddles.

During his crawling animation, he leaves a trail of Ichor due to the fact his legs are gone, suggesting that his contents are not vital to his survival. Twisted Barnaby is visible inside of his head. When spotting a Toon, he opens his mouth in excitement and looks up. Although not shown in his render, his model has a black shadow between his eyes. Twisted Barnaby is, much like his Toon counterpart, a small purple fish with wiggly light purple stripes on his body and tail, short fins, puckered up lips, purple blush, and large eyes. He has a gray wind-up key on his back. The difference is that he now has red eyes and is covered in Ichor.
Strategies
Twisted Finn is not a severely difficult Twisted to deal with. When you notice him on the Floor, immediately take note of any Ichor Puddles you see. If possible, try avoiding them or taking a different path, as you wouldn't want to risk taking his aggro. However, in the case of an Ichor Leak, doing this could be much harder. Therefore, you should try to take a close look at each puddle and see if Twisted Barnaby is there. If he isn't, you can just pass through. Note that Twisted Finn's color matches an Ichor Puddle's color, so when seeing one, check if Twisted Finn is playing in one. If Twisted Barnaby is on you, try to see where Twisted Finn is at to plan your escape route. His slower speed could help you find a spot without losing much Stamina, though you would want to find a spot close to your location to not accidentally attract other Twisteds. When Twisted Finn catches up to you, start looping around the island. Try preserving Stamina while trying to lose him, as looping could attract another Twisted. When Twisted Barnaby releases, hide behind the island and wait for Twisted Finn to lose interest. If you see your teammate with Twisted Barnaby, you can try to free them. Although any Stealth Toon can release him, lower Stealth Toons could take Twisted Finn's aggro, getting yourself hit. If a distractor is present and Twisted Finn is attracted, you should try to find an island closer to the distractor so they don't get into trouble with the other Twisteds when recovering him, albeit stay out of the other Twisteds' sight.

Twisted Finn is the first Twisted to have their main color completely changed from their Toon counterpart's: Finn's light-azure skin turns a dark gray in his Twisted counterpart. Twisted Finn's original ability applied to any Toon that completed a Machine. This was changed in v0.22, during Finn's Toon of the Week. This was the exact opposite of Finn's Passive Ability. While Finn gains a speed boost whenever any Machine is completed, Twisted Finn slows down players who complete a Machine. This makes him the third Twisted to have a mechanic rework, the first two being and. Unlike the aforementioned Twisteds however, Twisted Finn is the first to get a complete rework to his mechanic; Twisted Bassie and Twisted Cocoa's reworks granted them mechanics they previously didn't have, but didn't change anything else. Twisted Finn is the second Twisted to completely ignore Stealth under certain circumstances, the first being Twisted Bassie. His ability theoretically gives him the longest attention span in the game, reaching up to 20 seconds in a team of 5+ players. However, still has the longest attention span when disregarding abilities. Twisted Finn is the first non-Main Character Twisted to leave Ichor trails wherever he goes, with the second being. This is because half of Twisted Finn's body is missing. Twisted Finn is the only Twisted overall whose Ichor trail is present in Roleplay Mode. Twisted Rodger's also is, but only in Roleplay Mode in his Twisted form. Twisted Finn is the shortest Twisted in the game, with the second shortest being.
