Twisted Yatta is vastly reminiscent to her Toon counterpart, although with few physical deviations. Her eyes are now a deep red with black irises and a ring of red around black for her pupils, which get smaller out of excitement when spotting a Toon.

Appearance
Twisted Yatta is vastly reminiscent to her Toon counterpart, although with few physical deviations. Her eyes are now a deep red with black irises and a ring of red around black for her pupils, which get smaller out of excitement when spotting a Toon. Her smile has become larger and more vicious, with two extra teeth and she has a black shadow between her eyes. Her hands, horns, the strands on her head, and tails are all stained in Ichor. The rest of her body is less saturated than her Toon counterpart, and her tails have also been repurposed into pseudo-legs, which serve as her main method of movement. She also appears to be holding her legs in a kneel-like pose while in her walking animation.
Strategies
Due to her above-average speed (matching and 's Run Speeds), it's recommended to use a Toon like or (at one ) when distracting to avoid getting hit during Panic Mode. If you are playing as a 4 Movement Speed Toon, it's recommended to gain distance before Panic Mode starts to avoid taking damage from her as out-walking her during that time is not possible without the use of Items. If you aren't distracting or playing as a slow Toon like, or, having a Movement Speed Items like or will be helpful to counter Twisted Yatta's Movement Speed during a chase. Sprint-tapping will also help if you have no items, as it allows you to cover some ground from her, though clicking at the right time is crucial to not lose Stamina too fast or be too slow. If planning to distract Twisted Yatta, it will be slightly harder than regular, as her speed is higher by 1 unit in comparison to most of them (all Commons except have 18 run speed units), and her hitbox is much bigger. If distracting her as 4 Star Movement Speed Toon with at least, take a sprint when making a round turn. If you are a faster Toon, you don't really need to worry about her speed that much until Panic Mode. Do note, Twisted Yatta leans forward while chasing. This increases her hitbox range a little, so be sure to be careful when making turns when escaping from her. Take multiple sharp turns so she loses sight of you.

Twisted Yatta is the second Twisted to sit in their animations, with the first being and the third being. However, she is the only one out of all of them that can move and roam around the map, while to others are stuck in one place. Twisted Yatta shares the same chasing speed as, and. This makes her the fastest Twisted in-game. However, she has the slowest roaming speed of the Common Twisteds at 7 units. This is likely to balance her higher speed, though it makes gathering her up when distracting hard or annoying if she is camping around a Machine. This reflects her Toon counterpart's higher speed. Currently, she is the second Twisted to not change anything from their Toon counterpart's model (except their texture), the first being and. Twisted Yatta is the third Twisted to have a similar face to her Toon counterpart with minor differences, in her case, it’s the wider smile with more sharp teeth, the first being Twisted Astro and, the second being and, the third being and, the fourth being and, and the fifth being and.
