The Crystallized Seadragon is a highly elusive Exotic fish that can be found and caught in the Calm Zone, which is the fourth area in Mariana's Veil. Due to its high rarity, it makes for a challenging catch, moving erratically across the fishing bar. When reeling it in, -95% Progress Speed is applied. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a bell sound is played - as with all Exotic fish.
