TNT is a reusable item that is necessary to blow up the blocked entrance to the Heart Of Zeus under the Grand Reef. It is required for accessing Atlantis.
TNT is a quest exclusive item used to obtain the Heart Of Zeus by exploding the blocked entrance to the underwater temple underneath the Grand Reef and Atlantean Storm islands.
How to get it
To obtain TNT, the player needs to flip all 5 hidden levers scattered throughout Forsaken Shores. After completing this step, 3 TNT will spawn inside the skull of Forsaken Shores and can be collected by the player.

Obtainment
It's obtained by completing the "Mysterious Pirates," Quest, who are located on their ship at the Grand Reef. You will be asked to pay to unlock the quest, then make your way to Forsaken Shores and pull the 5 levers around the island (in no particular order). These levers are located beside the Merchant, to the right of the Skin Merchant, behind the Forsaken Shores Pond Waterfall, on a bridge at the top of the island, and in the cave beneath the skull rock. Once you've pulled all the levers, make your way to the cave behind the skull rock to pick up the TNT beside Jack Marrow.
Notes
You do not need to pay 10,000C$ C$ to the Mysterious Pirates to unlock Atlantis, nor get TNT.
Trivia
Once you find and switch all levers, you get a message "The treasure was revealed inside the skull cave, go get it!" After usage of the TNT, it will remain in your inventory.
