The Lucky Appraiser was an NPC that offers the Appraisal service. They could be found on Shamrock Express under the helm. They charge 5× more for appraisal than the Appraiser, but gives 2× Shiny rates, 3× Mutation rates, and a guaranteed +10% weight bonus.
