Lulled Ghost

Lulled Ghost was an NPC located in a small cave in the Desolate Deep, accessed by going on the path to the left of the sign. They only appeared during a Clear Night if the player completed the 1st task of the Stranded Amongst a Sea of Stars quest from Simon while having stored on their inventory a Colossal Ethereal Dragon. They could be found sitting above Roddy, but only became visible when the player was within close proximity.
