Merlin is an NPC located at the top of Sunstone Island. They are found outside the under construction shack after climbing the ladder up to Rhea. Merlin sells Enchant Relics for 11,000 C$. These offers are only for players above Level 30. Bringing specific items to Merlin will open a set of secret dialogue.
Merlin is an NPC who can be found in Sunstone Island in a hut. He sells Enchant Relics for a decent price. The player may only make deals with Merlin after reaching level 30.

Merlin can be found in a small house up the ladder in Sunstone Island. Walk straight past Rhea and go left until you see the Merlin name tag. Located at the coordinates.

It's been confirmed that Merlin has a secret quest that can only be activated if the player has all three required items, however, said items are still unknown There used to be a bug where purchasing Merlin's Luck boost and then rejoining to another server would cause the Luck icon to disappear.
