Obtainment

The quest is granted by Simon, who is found in Hawaii. Hawaii is accessed in the Anglerfish minigame on the way to Abyssal Zenith. By passing the first anglerfish, then following the second anglerfish into the fissure where it despawns, the player will be teleported to Hawaii. (Requirement to start quest: Level 500)

Notes

Though accepting the questline requires level 500, some quests need rods that require a higher level, for example, the 6th quest requires the Tidal mutation which is only obtainable from the Rod Of The Forgotten Fang (Obtained at level 700). Each mode has its own metronome design, for example, the quickening variant has 1 section but takes up half and the metronome goes faster. The status effects provided by Lullaby will apply to everyone in a 64 stud radius. The surrounding players gaining the effects must be at least level 15 to be affected.

What does this mean?

Fisch's in-game currency. A fish's value is its documented average sell price in C$ — what it sells for at its average weight. A rod's value is its documented shop cost. Both are in-game facts from the community wiki, not a trading consensus. Values are not comparable across games.
