Merlin's Staff can be obtained on top of Sunstone Island, specifically where Merlin sits. The following ingredients need to be given: Shard of Time Anomalous Log Iron Chunk 1,000,000C$ C$

While the fish is inside the fishing bar: Control decreases until Gains +30% Progress after Control reaches Control resets to its original, and the ability goes on a cooldown If the fish gets out of the progress bar before reaching Control, the Control is reset to its original and the ability is stopped 25% chance for Magical (7.2x)
