The Noctone is a Fishing Rod given to players who originally owned the Axe of Rhoads prior to its removal.
The Noctone is a high-tier rod that replaced Axe of Rhoads, which is currently unobtainable. It has a high, high, high with extremely high and 200,000. The solid stats provides a stable fishing experience to the player who owned it. Multiple passives on Mutations and Attributes make the rod a great rod for grinding money. 40% chance to apply Glowy Mutation (8x). 20% chance to apply Greedy Mutation (5x). +7% chance to apply Shiny (1.85x). +7% chance to apply Sparkling (1.85x).

Enchantments
Optimum Grinding: Sea Overlord + Tryhard, for boosts in both fish weight (pair with the rod’s passives) and progress speed. Other choices: Swift to increase the, triggering instant catch. Immortal + Tryhard to drastically increase progress speed and. Sea Overlord + Sea Prince to pair with the rod’s mutation passive. Blessed + Glittered to pair with the rod’s attribute passive.
Obtainment
The Noctone is unobtainable. It was a replacement of Axe of Rhoads and granted to players who have the Axe of Rhoads right after the 1.59.0 update.
Trivia
The song that plays when Noctone is equipped is "Made Your Mark" by Hail The Sun. This is also referenced by the description of the rod, where "Wherever we end up; Know that you've made your mark..." is a phrase in the song. This is the only rod in the game that is able to apply Glowy mutation on a fish, whereas other means of obtaining it are through Glowworms or during Admin Events. However, this is the only other rod that can apply the Greedy mutation on a fish, the first rod being Rod Of The Eternal King.
