The Bestiary is a starter item which keeps a detailed record of all Fish and Fishing Rods in the game. It can be opened by pressing.

How to use
A primary use for the Bestiary is for viewing Fish that have and have not been caught by the player. Fish that are yet to be caught are displayed as a dark silhouette, with its description replaced by its Bestiary Hint. The fish's preferred weather conditions, Bait, time of day and season are listed in its entry. The discovery dates for normal, Shiny, and Sparkling variants of each fish are also tracked on their respective bestiary entries, along with the date of the 'Largest Caught' of that fish, next to its weight in kg. Fish are categorized by location or sublocation, which can be navigated on the left. Entries are indexed based on ascending rarity (Common → Uncommon → Unusual, etc).
