Overview[1]

Switcher is a playable character in Jujutsu Shenanigans — False Memories.

Switcher is the 5th Early Access and 7th character that was added to Jujutsu Shenanigans. Switcher is based off of Aoi Todo, a character from Jujutsu Kaisen. To read about their backstory, expand the collapsible below. (SPOILERS FOR JUJUTSU KAISEN ANIME) Aoi Todo is a grade 1 sorcerer and student from Kyoto Jujutsu High, and the self-proclaimed brother of Yuji Itadori. His cursed technique, Boogie Woogie, revolves around clapping his hands to switch spots with anything that has a cursed energy level above a certain amount, a technique which he uses very effectively, hence the title: "Switcher".

Tips & Misc

When using, your character model will be scaled up by 1.15x. Switching with a player will not only switch between your positions, but also the directions you faced. As most fights have the opponent facing you, you're able to look away right before a swap and get the upperhand, leaving them open for attacks. This can also be used to dodge ranged moves as well, by swapping at the very last second. This also comes in handy when the target is ragdolled away, as the swap will conserve their momentum and keep them sliding towards you in order to combo extend. Boogie Woogie is able to be used on 's Helping Hand and 's Frame Freeze. While feinting moves may seem useless at first, you are able to perform several tricks by using Pebble Throw prior to feinting a move after it has hit: By using Pebble Throw then tossing an enemy with Swift Kick's first hit towards the lingering projectile, you're able cancel the rest of the move and perform a swap with the pebble to appear near the target, effectively doing a true M1 reset. Note that this interaction can get you punished if the target wasn't ragdolled without evasive prior to using Pebble Throw. Elbow Drop's initial hit will apply true ragdoll, disabling evasive and letting you follow up with other moves to perform a short true combo. This can also be paired with a lingering pebble to immediately Black Flash the opponent on their way down. As of V1.43, you cannot switch during domain expansions, nor jump into the void and switch with a player.

When was added, his Awakening was formerly called Memories that didn't exist, before it was changed to False Memories in V1.43. The texture of Pebble Throw's projectile will match the floor that the user is currently standing on. If there is no ground beneath the user, the pebble will be white. You can enter domains using Pebble Throw by swapping after the pebble goes through the domain's border. If you use Jeep emote right after pebble throw when you press special, You will swap at your current place. When reaching a certain airtime with Elbow Drop, an overlay of Choso cutting Todo's hair will cover both your and the target's screens, accompanied by a vine boom. is the first character to be comprised of 3 characters at the same time, those being Aoi Todo, Nobuko Takada, and Itadori Yuji. is also the first of four characters to have non-domain cutscenes (others being, and ) During False Memories, the idol will constantly do the pose from the "Potential2" emote. During Idol's Debut and Climax Jumping, only the user perceives their idol helping them. From another player's point of view, it's the Switcher himself doing the attacks. During Dreams, the idol will start doing a sped up version of the "Stylish" emote. During stun or ragdoll, the idol will disappear. The music that plays during the Awakening sequence is called HIGHEST☆JUMPING The one that plays when using Brute Force's black flash is called Fight Alongside. The soundtrack will continue playing for a few more seconds if the finisher was landed. Both OSTs are composed by Yoshimasa Terui.
