Sammyni Cakini is obtainable from the Cyber Craft Machine during Anniversary Event. Sammyni Cakini appears as a variant of Sammyni Fattini, but with party accessories, like a cake, and a birthday hat written "PARTY TIME!" instead of the usual Sammy's red top hat, and there's a party horn in his mouth.

People usually call it Birthday Sammy, Sammyni Fattini Reskin, or Anniversary Fat Sammy. Sammyni Cakini had the same stats as Elefanto Frigo before it received its second buff. Sammyni Cakini had very low and short availability, which will possibly be buffed in a while.
