Tung Tung Tung Sahur appears to be a tall piece of light-brown wood resembling a bat with a smiling face holding what appears to be a bat of some sort. He has two long legs and thin eyebrows, and is in a sort of standing pose.

Tung Tung Tung Sahur used to have the biggest buff in the game, as its income was increased by 60,000x, and its cost up by 160,000x. However s buff was surpassed by the bigger buffs of brainrots such as Tirilikalika Tirilikalako, Antonio, Signore Carapace, and Elefanto Frigo. Tung Tung Tung Sahur is holding a piece of wood, which while resembling a baseball bat, may very well not be. It is ridiculous to assume that he is holding a bat just because he holds one in his original image. Tung Tung Tung Sahur was removed from the game entirely on September 13th 2025 at 19:00 UTC due to trademark issues. Sammy preferred to remove the character to avoid the game from getting taken down or having any trouble with Roblox's Moderation and the creator's rights, but Sammy brought it back into the game during Admin Abuse in November 29th 2025. The proclaimed creator of ', Noxa, made a copyright claim for the character, and has supposedly asked Brainrot games to buy licensing for the Brainrot. While there are some Brainrots that incorporated Tung Tung Tung Sahur design like La Grande Combinasion, Los Tungtungtungcitos, and all of the variations, these Brainrots were not removed alongside Tung Tung Tung Sahur for not being the character itself and thus not copyrighted. If the player had a Tung Tung Tung Sahur before it was removed, it would have been replaced by Gangster Footera. It would also transfer the Mutations and Traits from this Brainrot to the Gangster Footera. Due to this, Rebirth 1 used to require a ', but was replaced with a Gangster Footera.
