Map Rewards

(Reward is affected by match time. You may get a higher/lower reward than shown as Tower Heroes system is the slower you go, the higher the reward. Minimum above is around the number if you full autoskip speedrun)

Tips

It is highly recommended for more than 1 person to have Spectre. 3 Level 1 Maitakes for the first 15 waves can handle all the enemies with autoskip, allowing you to focus on Discount Dog, then making her level 4 in the middle to remove stuns (delete the front and back). Discount Dog is recommended as you may not be able to not get much mana without a Lemonade Cat. Kart Kid and other Summoners are good with fighting off enemies. If you do not have Kart Kid, good alternatives include Slime King and Oddport. Oddport can also handle enemies fairly decently at max level. Either way, it is not recommended to bring them as Maitake can already handle the waves alone. Ranged heroes are great for this. Try to bring cheap, high DPS heroes like Bunny and Beebo. Voca may be useful on Level 3-5 as it has a significant amount of range. Lure is good against boss because of his stun immunity. Additionally, his ability allows him to attack the boss and the Kitsunebi at the same time to allow other towers to focus attacking the boss more. El Goblino's crucifix is useful to stun the boss and deal significant damage since it takes the shorter path to base at the second split intersection.

Patch history

The map's medium skin was originally Dango Pal. This was changed to Sushi Frank. The time of day changes depending on the difficulty chosen. On Easy, it's daytime, on Medium, it's evening, and on Hard, it's nighttime. Sacred Shrine's map submission can be found here. The map originally had its own mimic. It was supposed to give a Yasuke skin, but the skin and the mimic were scrapped. Kappas are a type of cryptid in Japanese folklore. Big Kappas were originally called Flower Kappas and Giant Kappas were originally called Spiteful Kappas in the map submission. In terms of map revamps, Sacred Shrine is high priority according to the developers.
