Happy The Halloween Guy lets you access to the Halloween Shop found in the lobby. Occasionally, he also does his dance. He does not attack the player.

The Happy The Halloween Guy is special to the Halloween update. You can obtain 3 Candy from doing these specific interactions in order (only works once.) The Happy The Halloween Guy is the first holiday related NPC to be in the game, followed by the Turkey, which is related to thanksgiving You need a total of 4,255 Candy to unlock every item currently available. As of the Halloween update part 3, Happy The Halloween Guy has his own cosmetic that you can buy for 200 Candy. At the end of the halloween event, Happy can be seen in the Daily Quests cutscene desummoning stuff from the halloween event. He sometimes does a little dance.
