Fairy lives in the forest of 99 Nights, and it is not your friend after dark.
The Fairy is an NPC located outside the Mushroom House at the Fairy biome. She will sell seed boxes to the player in exchange for flowers that can be collected on the map. She also has a garden of 9 flowers you can pick up next to her house. Her prices go from 20 flowers to 80 flowers. The price increases by 20 for every seed pack you buy.

Items
All items you buy form the fairy will cost 30-80 flowers. It starts at 30, and becomes 10 flowers more expensive every time you buy a pack, and she stops selling you items after you buy a box of seeds costing 80 flowers. Look in Items for more context.
Patch history
The Fairy is one of the five passive trader entities, alongside the Pelt Trader, Furniture Trader, Bird Watcher and Tool Trader. The Fairy does a quick twirl while fading/appearing when it becomes night/day. This makes her the only NPC is have a custom animation when day/night strikes. The Fairy is the only other way to get seed boxes other than a Food Warehouse and Chests. When the night comes, she goes back into her house and a "Closed" sign will go up. During the Thanksgiving Challenge, the Fairy was guaranteed to sell Chillies on the first interaction. During the Potion Making update, there were also dripleaf, moonflowers, stare weed, cave vines and mandrake plants available.
