Evil Bunny

Overview

Evil Bunny lives in the forest of 99 Nights — Hostile.

Appearance

The Bunny is a large, bipedal creature with red eyes and pink underbelly topped with a large blue bowtie. As the Evil Bunny, its pink underbelly splits open, unveiling a large, pouch-like mouth with lined with saw teeth.

Behavior

The Easter Bunny's egg can be found at Campfire level 6. If players struggle to find the location of the egg, there is a map in the Easter Bunny's house at the camp. It will only spawn when the player steals its egg at the Easter Bunny's house. The Evil Bunny cannot be stunned and spawns near the player's location when activated. To survive, the player holding the egg must run to the campfire. Other monsters (Deer/Ram/Owl/Cat) will not spawn if the Evil Bunny is chasing you at night but the deer still can if a Cultist Raid happens and the cultist appears. (Bugs & Glitches) Upon returning the egg, the player will receive a Ruby Chest.

Tips & tricks

• Run to higher ground or get the Evil Bunny stuck in trees or buildings. • It's the only anomalous animal so far not weak to the light. Don't rely on daytime or the flashlight for safety. • It is slower than the player and therefore is easily outpaced. However, his walkspeed can increase to catch up to the player, as shown in-game and videos. • It is important to note that the cutscene is unskippable on the first attempt and mobs can still attack the player if within the room. • To avoid dying or losing health, ensure that no hostile entities are in the room before stealing the egg. • The cutscene will be skippable on any attempts following.

Trivia

• It cannot be stunned. • The Easter Bunny's egg is the only egg to auto-submit. • It was released on April 4th, 2026.
