The Frozen Shuriken is a ranged weapon in 99 Nights in the Forest that is a Shuriken version of kunai.
When thrown at an entity, the frost effect occurs which slows it down. However, it doesn't deal as much damage as the Kunai. The Frozen Shuriken is a throwing knife made entirely out of ice with its pointy ends being the knife part. It almost looks like a snowflake. It can only be found in Ice Chests which can be found in Polar Bear Caves or the Ice Temple.
How to get it
Scavenge it from the forest, loot cultist camps, or craft it at camp.

Tips
It's useful for slowing down hordes of enemies. It is recommended to have a high damage ranged weapon with you so that after using the freezing effect of the Frozen Shuriken you can easily kill the enemies. It's useful for raiding the Cultist Stronghold and the Ice Temple. Use it to slow down fast enemies like Wolves or Foxes. It isn't recommended to throw Frozen Shurikens at Polar Bears, since the freezing effect doesn't affect them.
Trivia
Frozen Shuriken is the 2nd throwable object added in the game. First one is the Kunai. Like the Kunai, every time you miss and throw the Frozen Shuriken into the ground or an object it can be seen sticking out of the ground or wall unlike Gun Ammo.
