Personality

Rudie is a cheerful and friendly Toon who has a passion for the holidays. He has a very jolly and happy personality, and is always in a festive spirit. Rudie, akin to his Show personality, is an extreme enthusiast of Christmas, to the point of thinking it is every day, and being upset when anyone denies it.

Requirement Strategies

For the first and only requirement, focus on picking up and extracting Machines. The Machine and Ornament count increases the further you descend, so you can earn more Ornaments.

Golden Skin Quest

Reward: Skin For the first task, play normally until you find, get in his sight, then try to find him again in another Floor. For the second task, try to join good runs to get far. If you are really good, you could join a Discord run, because upon completing Floor 60, you will complete the task. Alternatively, you could just keep doing runs and restart after Floor 5 until you complete the quest. For the third task, you could just use and/or and keep spamming your ability while getting chased. To complete all tasks in tandem, keep playing until Floor 11, hoping you get a Twisted Rudie. Also, use your Ability as much as possible.

Strategies

His Active Ability, allows him to dash forward by increasing both his Movement Speed by 50 units, giving him 65 Walk Speed and 75 Run Speed. You can utilize this to get around or avoid danger, like for example, when you end up getting cornered in some way, using his Ability can help you get out of the area unscathed. His cooldown is also very short, meaning it's easy to get around places and escape situations at almost any time, especially with Trinkets like. In Panic Mode, you can dash into the Elevator making it easier to avoid dying to the Panic Mode timer and the Twisteds who get faster during that period. Rudie's Ability gives him the ability to perhaps be a decent distractor if one has the skill to do so. Given its short cooldown and powerful speed boost, as well as his average Movement Speed and Stamina, things like the usual Distractor Trinkets like alongside cooldown reducing Trinkets and Cards are recommended. It should be noted that, even with Dog Plush, Rudie is only able to out-walk at best, so a better option for Distracting would be Flutter. is a really good choice to use with him. The short cooldown makes it so gaining Stamina would be a lot faster, and seeing as how the Ability would be used in traversal/escaping, a time where Stamina would be appreciated, the added Stamina can help prolong sprinting and make the situations easier. If you don't have access to Rudie, is a good pick, having a longer and more powerful Ability, though she has a longer cooldown and is more suited towards distracting.
