Similar to his Toon counterpart, Twisted Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a Swiss roll. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on top of his head, paired with his cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles on his face, appearing like freckles, similarly to his counterpart, albeit with less color to them. Appearance
Similar to his Toon counterpart, Twisted Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a Swiss roll. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on top of his head, paired with his cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles on his face, appearing like freckles, similarly to his counterpart, albeit with less color to them. The right half of his face is covered in Ichor, and he has red sclera, black irises, and red pupils with a red ring around them. Twisted Cosmo seems to be crying Ichor while having a frown with sharp teeth showing, and his face has a dark brown shadow between his eyes where his right eye would be as well as a dark brown shadow between his eyes. He wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. His right arm and hand are covered in Ichor with claws forming on his hand, and he has striped socks the same color as his sprinkles that completely cover his legs (the socks are striped a saturated lime, pink and cyan color, similar to the stars on his facial cheeks). His expression becomes more distressed when spotting a Toon.
Strategies
Since Twisted Cosmo behaves similarly to and, he has no special mechanic, so the strategy for Twisted Cosmo is similar to them. Generally, avoid being seen, preserve Stamina in case he sneak attacks from around corners, and avoid dead ends to not get hit or killed. It is also worth noting that he is more difficult to see in Blackouts, due to his somewhat dark color scheme, so you should be more cautious if he spawns on a Blackout Floor. Extra caution should be taken if is also on the Floor, as he will occasionally follow Twisted Cosmo around, which could lead you into having to shake off two Twisteds at once, a task that could prove difficult due to Twisted Sprout's longer attention span.
Patch history
Twisted Cosmo's Research Trinket, is a reference to the candy of the same name. Twisted Cosmo and have matching Ichor patterns, as confirmed on the Discord by Qwelver. Twisted Cosmo has Ichor on his right eye and arm, and Twisted Sprout has Ichor everywhere but his right eye and arm. Twisted Cosmo's eyes currently have the second most rings of any Twisted, that being 5, with having the most at 6 rings. Twisted Cosmo is the second Twisted with average Stats and no ability/mechanic, with the first being and, the third being, and the fourth being. Out of these, Twisted Cosmo is the only one with a different Research description (if not counting the pronoun change) and whose Toon counterpart does not have 3 in all Stats.
