Twisted Tisha is very similar to her Toon counterpart, much like other Twisteds. Her sclerae are an orangish red, with black irises and smaller red pupils in the center. Appearance
Twisted Tisha is very similar to her Toon counterpart, much like other Twisteds. Her sclerae are an orangish red, with black irises and smaller red pupils in the center. There is a blue shadow between her eyes and eyebags under them, with Ichor dripping out of a downturned, closed mouth. The tissue coming out of the top of her head is sharpened and the tips are stained with Ichor. Ichor stains the bottoms of her legs as well. When she spots a Toon, her mouth turns into a slight, open-mouthed scowl. She carries a feather duster with a black handle and dark gray feathers blackened at the ends with Ichor.
Strategies
Twisted Tisha is a roaming Twisted that usually possesses no special abilities, other than her 10 second idle as she stops to sweep the floor with her feather duster. This means she can camp Machines or passageways, and can slow the Floor's progression in solo runs or runs without Distractors. Like with other Twisteds, some Stamina should be saved in case the player is spotted so she can be ditched. In a situation where she is idle around a Machine, she can be lured into a different area, or the player can wait until she moves on. However, things change when she is on the same Floor as an Ichor Leak and/or. She can start sweeping at any Ichor Puddles, increasing their size to troublesome degrees, blocking off entire pathways or disrupting a distractor's intended looping area. It’s helpful to have on the team as she can clean up Ichor Puddles, just be aware that puddles from Ichor Leaks will come back on their own, allowing Twisted Tisha to continue increasing the sizes.
Patch history
Twisted Tisha is the first Twisted to wield an object in their hand in-game, the second being, the third being, and the fourth being. However, is seen holding a fake Research Capsules in his official render, so they are not the only Twisteds to ever be seen with an item. Twisted Tisha is tied with Twisted Soulvester (when being idle nearby Machines) for having the longest idle state in the game, being 10 seconds. Twisted Tisha is the only Twisted to have a mechanic/ability of some sort, other than stat modifications. Twisted Tisha sweeping the floor for 10 seconds reflects her Toon counterpart's passion for cleaning. Twisted Tisha is the last Twisted to be optimized. She is also the first one to get a rework, being the first Common Twisted with an ability (post-release and in general) as well. If she hears a failed Skill Check and you manage to hide from her, she will idle on the Machine for about 2 seconds before going back to roaming. Twisted Tisha's current attack Face used to be her normal Face before being optimized, after which her normal Face was redesigned. She is the first and currently only Twisted with an occurrence like this. However, her render still displays her attack face/old normal face.
