The Register is used to purchase Items in Fortified Towns' shops and Evil Churches. It is always present when the players are required to buy these Items before using. To purchase an item from any store, simply pick it up and place it on the Register. The Register will display the current cost of items being purchased. Interact with it to buy the item. Items that haven't been purchased cannot be stored in your Sack or dragged too far from the store because of a radius which will teleport the items back to the store.

Prior to the Zombie AI update on 31/1/2026 players could click on them to buy Items. But now players must press "E" or press the "Purchase" button to do so
