Lobby Gunsmiths are Buildings found in Dead Rails.
The Gunsmith is a building located in Dead Rails. It is characterized by a yellow structure with a banner displayed at the top. Its primary function is to provide players with ranged weapons. Gunsmiths can be found at every Fort, offering the firearms listed below for purchase, or can be seen in Lobby, where the players can purchase their guns and ammos before starting a match There are two types of Gunsmiths. Those found at Forts and Lobby sell purchasable weapons, while Abandoned Gunsmiths — such as those located along the tracks or in towns — typically contain ammunition and dropped weapons. Although the Gunsmith supplies various firearms, several weapons cannot be purchased, including the Bolt-Action Rifle, Sawed-Off Shotgun, Mauser, Blunderbuss, Ballista and Crossbow. However, these weapons may still be found in abandoned buildings and general store. It is advised to loot them early on, as they may contain Ammo or even find a new Weapon. Gunsmiths are rare and might usually be found inside Towns. However, they are not guaranteed, specially in smaller Towns, containing 1-5 Zombies, but sometimes being empty.
