Runner Zombie Headframes, officially named Abandoned Mines, are Buildings found in Dead Rails.
Headframes are an uncommon building to find in Dead Rails. They are guaranteed to contain Coal, making it a great place to stop if players need fuel. They can be identified by a large, wooden frame that is part of the mines. Zombies are also often found inside, spawning in groups of 1-5.

Trivia
Players cannot enter the mineshaft besides the Headframe, making it purely visual. Players can climb up the slanted wooden beams. From there, they can access the roof of the building or one of the platforms. Zombies can get stuck on the overturned minecart. Minecarts can be found outside, rusty and destroyed. The minecarts can't be picked up or stored; they are only cosmetics and don't really have a purpose. The building has the same model as the old House.
