Exalted Relic is a Relic with a 1/2000 (0.05%) chance to be found when fishing in any location. They are used for applying a random exalted enchantment to any fishing rod.
The Exalted Relic is a more beneficial and rarer variant of the, that can be caught with a probability of 1/2,000. The Rod of the Exalted One increases the chances of reeling in an Exalted Relic by 4x (to 1/500). The Scavenger enchantment also increase the chances by 1.75x (to 1/1143). Pairing the Enchantment with the Rod Of The Exalted One may increase the chance to ~1/286. 15% chance to get 1-4 Exalted relics from Challenges. NO OTHER FACTORS INFLUENCE THE CHANCE OF REELING IN AN EXALTED RELIC. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, a bell sound is played and -20% Progress Speed is applied - as with all types of. This relic allows for eight different enchantments, with a equal chance of applying any of the eight when first used on a rod, then a 1/7 chance afterwards as the same exalted enchantment cannot be applied again. The Quantum enchantment is the best for general use money making, due to its 25% chance to apply the 5x sell value Subspace mutation, It is better compared to the Abyssal enchantment despite the Abyssal enchantments being able to influence fish size, due to it's higher chance to apply a better mutation, not also including the fact that the player will experience lower FPS while catching fish/items with the Abyssal mutation. The Immortal enchantment is the best for rods with mutations, providing high and progress speed. Tips To Get Exalted Relics
Daily Shop is the easiest way to get exalteds. If you wanna maximize exalted gain with daily shop, you can use an alt to buy & give you the exalteds. Always do your Angler quests, since you can get exalteds from there.
Obtainment
Can be obtained through fishing normally (Can be obtained more easily by fishing with the Rod Of The Exalted One). Can be bought in the daily shop at Moosewood at a 12.56% chance. Can be obtained by MiguRod passive. Angler quests at a 8.01% chance. Treasure Hunting at a 0.61% chance. Purchasing from the Rare Goods Dealer at The Shady Bazaar for 25S$. Placing the required on 7 altars in a secret location at Mushgrove Swamp, will reward the player 3 Exalted Relics. The player can't obtain another 3 Relics for doing the process again. A follow up message will pop-up and say: "You have already unlocked Rod Of The Exalted One" when placing an on the altar after obtaining Rod Of The Exalted One.
Notes
You cannot stack Exalted Relics with other types of. Rods with a piercing passive, such as the Trident Rod, No-Life Rod and others, would not have an increased frequency in their stabs if they were to be enchanted with Piercing. However, they would still gain the +15% Progress Speed from the enchantment.

Patch history
There was a bug where if all the required mutated were placed, and the player used the elevator to get out of the Keeper's Secret, and used the elevator again to go back, they would automatically get +3 Exalted Relics. This bug made players get hundreds of Exalted Relics. This was patched 2 days later after the update (update 1.15.0). Just like the, the Exalted Relic's weight will always be 21Kg and can only be affected by size influencing Enchantments such as Sea King, Sea Overlord, and others.
