Overview[1]
The Destiny Rod is a Stage Fishing Rod obtained from Caleia for 190,000 C$.
The Destiny Rod is a mid-game rod, having solid lure speed and decent-high control. This rod has a high stat, making it a great option for Bestiary completion and trophy hunting. It also provides an additional 10% chance to apply the Shiny or Sparkling attribute and a 5% chance to apply Blessed. The rod is priced at and requiring 350 fish in the Bestiary. Due to its mediocre stats and alright passive, for early-mid game players, it is recommended to save for the Trident Rod or Rod Of The Depths instead.

Enchantments
When enchanting this Rod, it should be noted that this Rod is okay for general usage, having low and decent. It is also not recommended to use Exalted Relics on this Rod due to its stats. The Destiny Rod's best enchants are: Blessed + Glittered to increase Shiny/Sparkling rate. To catch fish more easily due to the rod's low & and/or for perfect catches, Controlled, better yet Resilient or best of all Mystical. Note that the Mystical enchantment will require Exalted Relics. Other alternatives are: For faster times due to the rod's poor: Swift or preferably Hasty. To reel fish in more quickly, Steady or preferably Blessed Song. Note that the Blessed Song enchantment requires a Song of the Deep. To make a decent amount of, Abyssal or preferably Quantum. Note that Quantum is an exalted enchant, and will require Exalted Relics.
Strategy
This rod formerly required 70% of the Bestiary completed rather than its current requirement of having 350 fish in the Bestiary.

What does this mean?
Fisch's in-game currency. A fish's value is its documented average sell price in C$ — what it sells for at its average weight. A rod's value is its documented shop cost. Both are in-game facts from the community wiki, not a trading consensus. Values are not comparable across games.
