Obtainment

The Fallen Rod can be found in the Tidefall between the Drowned Appraiser and the Merchant. After diving down to Tidefall, turn left and walk straight until you find the merchant, the Fallen Rod can be seen right next to the Drowned Appraiser.

Enchanting

To get instant catches, Swift To make fish caught even bigger, Sea King or better yet, Sea Overlord. Note that Sea Overlord is an exalted enchantment, and will require, which are better used on late-game rods. For XP farming, Insight (1.5x XP) or better yet, Clever (2.25x XP). Especially useful as it's likely many perfect catches will be made with this rod's high. For extra money and larger fish, Abyssal or best of all, Quantum. Note that Quantum is an exalted enchantment, and will require, which are better used on late-game rods. For higher, Resilient. Baits such as Garbage and Deep Coral can be paired with Resilient as they offer 50, among other stats. If wanting to reach the best for the Fallen Rod, although not suggested, the Mystical enchant, obtained from using, can be used alongside the aforementioned baits. For more luck, Lucky or better yet, Divine. To catch fish faster, Steady or best of all, Blessed Song. Note that the Blessed Song enchantment requires a, obtained from Captain Ahab for a Moby.
