Obtainment
The Rainbow Cluster Rod can be found in abandoned mineshaft located on Castaway Cliffs for 250,000C$ C$. STEP 1: During the Rainbow Server Event, venture to Castaway Cliffs. STEP 2: Go into the dark hole located behind 3 wooden planks at or to the left of the Castaway Cliffs's Innkeeper's house. STEP 3: If the Rainbow Server Event is still there, the rod should be located directly in front of the player.
Enchantments
The best Enchantments to use on this rod are: For Control: Controlled, or preferably, Herculean. Note that Herculean is an exalted enchantment, and will require. For better: Swift, or preferably Hasty.
