The Zeus Rod is a Stage Fishing Rod obtained in Atlantis for 850,000 C$ after Level 150.
The Zeus Rod is a late-game rod with a 20% chance to turn a nearby area into a Thunderstorm Area. This can happen multiple times, each one lasting for 2 minutes. The player should keep an eye out for a ghost that pops up when the storm is active. This rod is very important for grinding money it is considered the second best money rod on first sea.

Obtainment
To obtain this rod, you must complete the Zeus Trial in Atlantis. To complete the Trial, you must play Red Light, Green Light with the Zeus statue for the first 4 digits of the code. Then, you must play Glass Bridge but with rocks for the last 4 digits. After you obtain all the codes, go up the stairs in the trial room and enter the code into the keypad on the wall. If the inputted code is correct, you will be teleported in front of the door and it will open. A message will show saying, "Username has opened the Zeus's Rod Room door", similar to when someone uses a Sundial Totem. Go into the room, turn left and the Zeus Rod can be found for purchase. Finally, you can purchase the Zeus Rod for 850,000$ C$ - you must be Level 150 to purchase.
Enchantments
The Zeus Rod's best enchantments are: To catch fish more easily and quickly: Steady or preferably Blessed Song. Note that Immortal is an exalted enchant, and will require Exalted Relics. Note that Blessed Song is a enchantment that requires a Song of The Deep Enchant Relic. These enchants pairs well with the rod, due to the rod's already moderate luck paired with it's Zeus Pool passive almost guaranting Legendary/Mythical fish. For instant, Swift or Hasty. Alternatives: For improvement, which is not as necessary due to the thunderstorm passive's increased: Lucky, Divine, or preferably Immortal. Note that Immortal is an exalted enchant, and will require Exalted Relics. For overall stat improvement, Quality or best of all, Mystical. Note that Mystical is an exalted enchant, and will require Exalted Relics. For XP, Insight or preferably Clever. However, rods such as the Tempest Rod and the Rod Of The Depths are more viable and outperform Zeus Rod for farming xp.
Notes
Once you've opened the door to Zeus's Rod Room once, it stays open permanently, like The Depths' door. When the Thunderstorm Pool is activated, enchantments like Quantum do not work. Fishing in the Veil of the Forsaken is highly recommended, as catching an Electric Shock mythic fish can yield an average value of 31,500 C$. The water in the room does not require Reinforced Rod or the Invincible enchant; although it looks like lava, it is just regular water. With this in mind, the player doesn't die when they step into the water, or even swim in it. The Zeus Pool area stacks, hence more than 1 Zeus Pool may spawn in the same place. The Charred mutation can be caught, but it's mutation name does not show on fishes as of Its mutation name still appears in the server message when you catch it, however. As of now, the boost seems to only affect Legendary fish, so if fishing in areas like the Forsaken Shores Pond, there will not be increased for catching the Captain's Goldfish. The Wormhole enchantment does not work in Zeus Pools. The Zeus pool disappears if the player switches rods. Re-equipping the rod will not bring back the pool. The pool isn't affected by baits such as garbage bait, making it a good bait to pair with the rod if needing help to catch a fish. As of 1.24.0, there was a bug that turned Charred mutated fish into the Electric Shock mutation, making the mutation a 100% chance.

Zeus's Rod used to have the 4th largest catch bar in game, similar to Summit Rod's control size of, which got nerfed to. This is currently the only other Rod apart from The Boom Ball that can catch fish with a reduced sell price. The solution is to appraise the fish. Before update 1.17.0, Zeus Pools set your to 90% but 1.17.1 made it so that remains unaffected by Zeus Pools. Price made more expensive, Control nerfed, Luck buffed in Update 1.29.0.
