Craftable headgear made from Volcanic Biome materials. The Infernal Helmet protects against ordinary lava pools, but the wiki warns that it does not protect players from the volcano's lava.
How to get it
Craft at the Tool Workshop with 6 Scorpion Shells and 1 Cultist King Antler while the Volcanic Biome is available.

Crafting materials
Collect six Scorpion Shells from the Volcanic Biome and one Cultist King Antler from the palace boss. Bring both to the Tool Workshop to craft the helmet.
Lava protection
Once equipped, the helmet prevents damage from ordinary lava pools, even though the visual and sound effects may still play. Do not treat it as protection against the volcano's lava; that remains dangerous.
