The Doctor is a Class that can be purchased for 900 Animal CoinsAnimal Coins in the Lobby's Classes shop. Equipping this class lets you recover 1 Sanity for every Patient healed. At levels 2/3, the player receives 15/20 bonus sanity when starting out, similar to Intern.

Appearance
The Doctor is a light orange, deer-like creature who wears blue medical scrubs under a white consultation coat. Wrapped around their neck is a black stethoscope. They wear black glasses with tape around the middle. Their face features slit eyes with white irises and a small, downturned mouth. Slightly above their eyes are two small, slanted, teardrop-shaped markings. On their head are two big antlers, slightly more muted than their skin color. Their ears are slightly drooping.
Strategies
The Doctor is a class focused on healing patients, recovering 1 Sanity after treating a patient. The player will stay around the Medical Wing and the Emergency Wing to focus on treating patients.
Patch history
The Doctor used to share the same model with Dr. Harlow's old model, until it was changed in the Harlow's Favorite Update on July 10, 2026. Soon after their initial redesign, the Doctor was slightly modified. Before this small tweak, the Doctor had no ears or face patterns.
