The Scythe is a powerful and exclusive melee weapon introduced in Criminality as part of the V1.6.0/Hallows update. Only available in Private Servers+, it costs an absurd $55,555 to purchase just the Scythe and comes with a level unlock of 3.

Usage & Tactics
The Scythe comes with easily the craziest hitbox and debug, meaning you'd have to be trying to miss an opponent that's in range. It can easily decapitate opponents due to its blades moving to the level of the head quite often. The scythe can poison enemies much like the Cursed Dagger and has 9 poison hits compared to the Daggers' 2. This poison makes it ideal to try and hit as many people as possible, even if you don't instantly decapitate them, as the poison will slowly kill them. It can also light anyone in the area on fire upon finishing a player; this is, however, quite weak as it will only deal around 20 damage, fracture a limb and deliver a stun. However, the Scythe's mobility reduction makes it vulnerable to guns, which can be a significant drawback. The Necromancer kit is a much more recommended option, as it can put you on par with the Slayer.

Pros & Cons
Can hit multiple players per swing. Can hit the same player twice with one swing. Finishing someone will light everyone around on fire, stunning them and dealing damage. Unlocked at level 3. Finishing replenishes more HP than normal melees. Fast swing speed. Very large hitbox. Can break wooden doors in 1 hit. High damage. Dismembers/decapitates with 1 hit. Takes only 15 stamina. Inflicts poison. Can block almost every public melee weapon. Applies huge fire damage to Infected Hard to find at dealers. Makes you a target. Extremely expensive. Takes 9 slots. Finishing can harm your teammates. Can be blocked by many melees.
Trivia
