Personality

Shrimpo mostly comes off as unnecessarily aggressive and rude. Despite his cute appearance, he can be described as hurtful, selfish, and is also threatening, reaching the point of murder for an unknown reason shown in the interaction with Looey. Whenever he is not hating, he refers to himself in third person, boasting about how good he is. Shrimpo shows barely any major depth throughout his personality, contrasting him from most stereotypical bully characters in most children's media who usually do have good hearts deep down or eventually get redeemed. He is an abrasive, short-tempered Toon who is relentlessly angry for no discernible reason. The most notable part of his personality is that he claims hatred for anyone, anything, and everything, and sees himself on a high level, occasionally praising himself and only himself, sometimes in the third person. Shrimpo does not care about other Toons' feelings at all. This is showcased in his 2 interactions as Shrimpo torments, making the latter cry. The former even goes ahead and mocks Squirm's crying. He also dismisses any kind of criticism or logic when any of the Toons call him out for his behavior, sometimes even silencing them, even if they try to care about him, such as in his interaction with. Shrimpo screams in all his dialogue, except for the one with, as he is the only Toon capable of shutting him down and even intimidating him. Another implication behind easy intimidation could be, thanks to her acknowledging his strength in a way that shocks him.

Requirement Strategies

For the first and only requirement, there's not much effort required, as Shrimpo is the cheapest Toon ever in the game. You only need 100 to buy him, so you can go on a simple solo run until Floor 3 and get 100 Ichor.

Strategies

Shrimpo is a special Toon, having atrocious Stats, with all of them being 1, especially his Stealth, which is -99, which is the second lowest Stealth in the game. With that being said, you are advised to avoid playing as him for general play. As the description of his Ability states, only play as him if you are looking for a challenge. In case if one actually wants to play as the character, whether for special runs, just for fun or to get, here are some tips, tricks, and strategies to do at least decently, as extreme Stealth and patience is key. Since Twisteds will spot him easily, there is very little room for error, and getting chased usually means your run will end early. As such, you may have to wait things out until you are absolutely certain the situation is safe to proceed. Items can also help greatly as Shrimpo's speed is easily one of his biggest hindrances, and Trinkets can help offset (however, small) some of his drawbacks. In this sense, Shrimpo can be a great character to start learning the game with, as mistakes cost him more than they would any other Toon, even if some Toons have 1 Movement Speed. Be careful with faster Twisteds like since her Speed will overwhelm you. Twisted Toodles' chase speed is the same as Shrimpo's run speed. It's best to stay out of any Twisteds' way as they are likely to spot you. If you do get caught up in the line-sight of a Twisted, looping around any structure not connected to a wall is a good idea as it will allow you to stay out of sight while also running too far away.

Shrimpo is designation SC-002, with the SC standing for Side Character. Shrimpo is the cheapest Toon in Dandy's Store, costing a measly 100. Shrimpo's interaction with could be based on the "WE'RE GONNA CRASH" meme. This is also the first time he does not insult anyone, but he does intentionally try to frighten Toodles into thinking the Elevator will get them both killed. It's unknown how or why Shrimpo did not insult Toodles and threatened her instead. Although it says he has 1 Stealth, Shrimpo has the lowest Stealth for a Toon with -99, as his Passive Ability decreases his Stealth drastically. This is equivalent to around -20 Stars in Stealth, much lower than or. Notably, this is significantly lower than what and 's Ability sets your Stealth to. Only 's Ability, has lower Stealth than Shrimpo at -999. However, since Blot Jr. is not a playable character and instead is an Ability, Shrimpo still has the lowest Stealth of all the Toons. Using or with Shrimpo will increase his Stealth Stat, as a negative number multiplied by a negative percentage would increase it. On the other hand, using the Trinket will decrease his Stealth due to the opposite applying. Shrimpo's interaction with is the only time he stops yelling and talking at all. In Roleplay Mode, equipping and viewing Shrimpo's actions reveals a unique set of messages that are different from any other Toon.
