Twisted Ginger is seen with Ichor splattered through the bitten part of her face along with smudged blush under her left eye. Her right arm is ripped off while her left arm is intact. She wears an anxious face which becomes more distressed upon pursuing a player. The bottom of her hair is covered in Ichor and is slightly longer than before, and there are many dots of Ichor on her hair. Additionally, she has dark brown blush between her eyes and her teeth are sharp.
Twisted Ginger's main feature is her significantly heightened attention span, being the longest in the game. Aside from that, she does not possess any special mechanics.

Strategies
Due to her long attention span, it'd be best to turn around a long object and run as far away from her as possible in order to lose her. Alternatively, you could also walk around a circle table until she gives up, though these may not always be on the map, but be sure to be careful, as she tends to turn around while you are looping and this can get you hurt. Twisted Ginger is very easy to distract, since she is slow and has a long attention span. This means you don't have to worry too much about her losing interest in you, though she can be problematic with even average speed Twisteds, as she can lack behind and possibly switch aggro on another close target. The only other threat she poses is she can lead you into fast Twisteds, or if you have 2 or 1 Star Movement Speed, as she is actually able to catch up to you when you walk. It's important to note that all 3 Star Movement Speed Toons can outwalk Twisted Ginger without using Movement Speed Trinkets. This is because the Movement Speed of 3 Stars has a value of 15 (walking), while she has a value of 14 (chasing). You can use this to your advantage while being chased by her, so you don't waste too much Stamina, which is especially good for Toons like who have low Stamina. However, it is important to note that she does speed up in Panic Mode, with her chasing speed becoming exactly as fast as a 4 Star Movement Speed Toon's walking speed at base without speed Trinkets. Patch history
Upon the 2024 Christmas Event's release, Twisted Ginger had an attention span of 25 seconds. This was then later shortly changed to 15 seconds, and finalized to 10 seconds not long after. Twisted Ginger is the slowest Twisted in the game (aside from when in his passive state), being able to outright be out-walked by any 3+ (or any 2 Star with and ) Movement Speed Toon. Twisted Ginger's slow speed but long attention span reflects her Toon counterpart's 2 Movement Speed and her 'eye for design'. Twisted Ginger is the only Holiday Twisted whose 'mechanic' (in her case, Stats changes) is widely different from 's, her base game related Twisted, with Twisted Ginger having massive changes to her speed and attention span. Both and his sister don't stop while roaming, while both and her brother interact with Machines. However, this can be interpreted as her basically being a (mirroring Twisted Cosmo's rarity) with altered stats. While Cosmo is not one of them, Common rarity Twisteds with alterations in their stats do exist in the game, with examples being with her higher speed and with her higher detection range. However, these changes don't usually go as extreme as Ginger's. is another altered Common Twisted, whose alterations are notably a weaker version of Ginger's, also having a higher attention span and detection range with lower speed.
