Appearance
Twisted Looey is similar to his Toon counterpart, with different colors and a darker skin, he has a deadpan but surprised-like face which quickly turns angrier when spotting a Toon, as his normal teeth reveal to be sharp in his Twisted form. He has Twisted eyes (red scleras, black irises and red pupils). Around his eyes are a darker beige shadow, and Ichor leaking from his mouth and Ichor staining his purple ear, while his green ear remains untouched, along with an Ichor stain on his right foot. He has stains on both of his cheeks of different colors, and his neck is floating, making it separated from his body, and on his face, his facial pattern seems to be smudged (green and purple mismatched circles).
Strategies
Functioning identically to other Twisteds, he has no special abilities, though can still be a threat, so just stay further out of his Line of Sight, and preserve around 50 to 100 Stamina to escape him if he spots you. If you feel threatened by Twisted Looey, try using Trinkets that improve Movement Speed, such as and. If you'd rather use Extraction Speed Trinkets, it will help to be a high Stealth Toon, like and. Although Connie is slower than Cosmo, Connie's Ability, Haunting Escape, can save you from Twisted Looey in a pinch. On the other hand, Cosmo is faster, so you should choose based off which Toon counters your personal weaknesses more. You could also just choose, due to him sharing Connie's Stealth value (5) but not being as slow as her.
Strategy
Despite Twisted Looey's description implying he has higher Detection Range and Attention Span, his in-game code makes him work like a Twisted with no special abilities. Twisted Looey and are the first ever optimized Twisteds, being able to change their expressions and blink. He is also the first optimized Twisted. Twisted Looey and have the least amount of rings in their eyes, that being just 2. Twisted Looey is the first Twisted to be angry in his attack face, along with Twisted Connie, with the second being and, the third being, the fourth being, the fifth being, the sixth being, and, and the seventh being. Even though they are optimized, and don't count for lacking attack faces. Twisted Looey is the second Twisted whose head is not directly connected to his torso, with the first being Twisted Pebble, and the third being Twisted Coal.
