Twisted Shrimpo is, for the most part, the same as his Toon counterpart, except for his hands, mouth, and the back of his head, which are all slathered in Ichor and are paler in color. Additionally, the whites of his eyes are now red, his irises are black, and his pupils are red rings. His face also seems to be bruised. His eyes turn angry when chasing a Toon or hearing a failed Skill Check.

Strategies
Twisted Shrimpo possesses no mechanic. Reflecting his Toon counterpart, his speed is far slower than most other Twisteds, only being slightly faster than some other Twisteds. However, his Detection Range and Attention Span are greater than most, which makes him a uniquely difficult Twisted to shake off at times. Try to turn corners quickly and keep your distance. Smaller islands should be avoided if possible when escaping because even if you successfully get him to stop chasing you, he could spot you again from behind due to his below-average speed, leading to a gradual and possibly fatal loss in Stamina. If you want to distract this Twisted but there's dangerous Twisteds on the Floor (e.g. ), it's recommended to either have a backup distractor, or warn your teammates to watch out for him in case of low Stamina. If you run low on Stamina, Twisted Shrimpo can still be following you. This causes problems as he can hurt you during this time. It is important not to underestimate his slow speed and focus on getting away to somewhere else as he can follow you even when you are gone.
Strategy
Twisted Shrimpo is the Twisted with the fourth slowest chasing speed at 16.5, with the third slowest being (in non-Blackout Floors), (at his slowest speed), and at 16, the second slowest being at 15.5, and the slowest being at 14. If not counting Holiday Twisteds, Twisted Shrimpo has the third slowest chasing speed. Twisted Shrimpo is currently the slowest Twisted. His roaming speed (9.5) is faster than 's (7), however. Twisted Shrimpo's slow speed and high persistence reflect his Toon counterparts's poor Stats and playability. Ironically though, he is not the slowest Twisted in the game (and is even faster than all Twisteds under determined conditions). His Trinket also reflects this. Twisted Shrimpo's left leg is limping. Twisted Shrimpo and appear to have matching Ichor patterns: both of their mouths and arms are covered in Ichor, while the rest of their body appears to be clean; the back of Twisted Shrimpo's head is covered in Ichor, and the bottom of Twisted Teagan's teacup handle is covered in Ichor as well. The reason for this is most likely unintentional, but this could imply they went through the same Ichor operation. Twisted Shrimpo has a heart-shaped Ichor stain on the back of his head. This is very likely to be unintentional (especially considering his Toon counterpart's personality), possibly due to how his UV and texture map works. However, with some things in consideration, one could interpret it as symbolism to his hatred for others. It could also be a reference to how shrimps have their hearts in their heads, though this could be coincidental.
