Her eyes are not relaxed like her Toon counterpart's but instead angry and she has a brown shadow between her eyes. Her arms also seem to be tensed up. The bottom part of her handle is slightly covered in Ichor. Her dress is no longer as long as it was but instead torn, and her cup is filled with Ichor instead of sweet tea. One of her eyes has an eyebrow appear while her pupils shrink in size, when she is chasing a Toon.
Strategies
Twisted Teagan is a roaming Twisted similar to other Twisteds who wander the halls aimlessly. Reflecting her Toon counterpart's Active Ability, she will steal a fifth (20%), of your depending on how many you have when she hits you. However, she steals a minimum of 20 Tapes all the time, so having Tapes below 100 makes the percent decrease larger. This makes her progressively more dangerous the longer runs progress, especially for Toons who require Tapes to use their Active Abilities. This issue can be avoided by using her own Trinket, although it's not recommended since this problem is not much dangerous, it wastes a Trinket slot, and 100 Tapes are relatively easy to get. If you or your team plan to spawn, however, she isn't too big of a threat due to Tapes having little worth, unless you are playing as Teagan herself, (v0.14.1 onward), or. When planning to distract her, it's wise to keep a closer eye on her due to her slightly increased speed (being as fast as ), especially in Panic Mode.

In 's dialogue with, she mentions being able to keep her fur boa clean. She appears to stay true to her words, as her arms and shoulders are covered in Ichor, leading to her having no boa. Twisted Teagan and appear to have matching Ichor patterns, both of their mouths and arms are covered in Ichor, while the rest of their body appears to be clean; the back of Twisted Shrimpo's head is covered in Ichor, and the bottom of Twisted Teagan's teacup handle is covered in Ichor as well. The reason for this is most likely unintentional, but this could imply they went through the same Ichor operation. Twisted Teagan is as fast as while chasing a Toon. Twisted Teagan is the seventh Twisted to be angry in her attack face, with the first being and, the second being and, the third being, the fourth being, the fifth being Twisted Shrimpo, and the sixth being, and. Even though they are optimized, and don't count for lacking attack faces. After her optimization in v0.13.14, Twisted Teagan can now be seen actually stealing a from the Toon in her attacking animation. Twisted Teagan steals 20 at minimum if you have a low amount of Tapes (less than 100). Anything more will make Twisted Teagan steal a fifth of them instead. Twisted Teagan is the second Twisted to have Ichor shown inside of her head, along with, with the first being, and, the third being and, the fourth being, the fifth being, the sixth being, and the seventh being Twisted Ribecca. Out of these, Twisted Teagan, Twisted Shelly, Twisted Finn, and Twisted Bassie are the only ones whose head isn't broken in any way.
