Crimson Cavern is a sublocation of Desolate Deep, unlocked by completing Crimson Guard's quest.
The Crimson Cavern is a location that was added on September 20th, 2025, with update 1.50.0. It is a sub-location in the Luminescent Cavern, requiring access with a Crimson mutated Colossal Blue Dragon. Upon opening the gate and travelling through the tunnel, the player is met with a lush, crimson jungle of giant glowing fungi, trees, red waterfalls, and rivers spread about the cavern, just like the Luminescent Cavern. There's a giant tree now with a rod on top of it, where in the front of it, the Crimson King resides on his throne, with his servants beside him. The player can obtain the Crimson mutation by appraising at a 0.11% chance from the appraiser at Moosewood, or obtain it via trading. You can also get it by having a friend who has already unlocked the area to use the Scarlet Spincaster Rod to catch the Colossal Blue Dragon. This location contains a total of 2 hunts. This being the Colossal Ancient Dragon and Colossal Ethereal Dragon hunt.
