It is one of the Fishing Rods that is capable of fishing in lava. The rod can be purchased from the Merchant for 750,000C$ C$ in Scoria Reach after over 50% of Scoria Reach’s Bestiary is completed.
Enchantments
Due to its low, Herculean is recommended for this rod to have a easier catch. (Controlled if Exalted Relic is not available) Piercing or Rage can be a choice for stab ability. (Chaotic if Exalted Relic and Twisted Relic are not available) For better grinding, Sea Overlord to increase fish weight or Anomalous to have a duplicate ability. For better Grinding, Sea Prince to increase fish weight. For miscellaneous use, Glittered to increase and chance.
Note
Area with high temperatures refers to any places that the body temperature increases without wearing any suit, such as all fishing location in Scoria Reach and Volcanic Vents The passive of this rod doubles the stats without the enchantment. (For example: Controlled makes the rod’s become 0.05 after the passive (-0.05*2 +0.15) instead of 0.10 ((-0.05+0.15)*2)).
