The Firework Launcher is a unique variant of the HL-MK II, released as part of the V2.0.5 Independence Day update on July 4, 2023. It could've been purchased from Armories for a price of $1,776, and from red crates. The launcher should be considered as a direct upgrade to the pre-existing HL-Mk II, given that it deals more damage along with it's burning effect. These benefits are weighed down by needing to hit a direct hit to deal maximum damage and ragdoll the player, a trait shared with the HL-MK II.

Pros & Cons
Strong stun from splash damage Close hits deal fire damage. Deals 60 damage on direct hit, excluding fall or fire damage. Fall damage can fracture limbs. Can get you onto often inaccessible roofs. Can send targets flying. (very funny) Good sized explosion. Can kill unarmored players with fall damage. Strengthens as it travels, similar to RPG. Uses 7.5 Slots. Only ragdolls on a direct hit, and can't ragdoll rage dose/armor Close combat can inflict self-explosion damage. Long reload. Pricy refills. Loud, alerting players.
Patch history
The weapon price is a reference to the year which the United States of America gained independence. Shortly after the Independence day update, the developers forgot to remove it from red crates just like the first Halloween launcher.
