Usage & Tactics

The FM1911 is a seemingly buffed M1911 with much higher damage and quicker reload time best suited for aggressive mid-range to long-range engagements with enemy players. With a base damage of 39 and impressive headshot damage of 56, it can quickly down opponents in 3-2 well-placed shots (not accounting for damage falloff). The enhanced damage range makes it significantly more viable at range than most other standard handguns of its kind, allowing skilled players to benefit of such efficiency. However, its limited 8-round magazine and modest reserve ammo of 24 rounds punishes any sense of sloppiness. Spamming shots can quickly drain your ammo and leave you vulnerable in the midst of a firefight against players with higher tier Assault Rifles and SMGs. The FM1911 rewards the most accuracy and timing, capable of securing quick kills especially when landing headshots, yet players should still avoid taking on multiple enemies at once unless equipped with a backup firearm or teammate to assist. This pistol is best described as a precision tool rather than a panic solution, being careful enough will yield high results in your favor and might even cushion the initial cost of the Frontman Kit altogether.

Pros & Cons

High base and headshot damage. Improved max damage distance. Moderate recoil control. Low slot usage (3 slots). Good firerate. Effective at close and mid-range. Low recoil. Limited magazine capacity (8 rounds). Can only be obtained via the Frontman Kit. Low reserve ammo (24 rounds). Outclassed by automatics in sustained fights. Not ideal for large amounts of enemies. Cannot be dropped or sold. Category:Guns
