The Hallows' Launcher was an item available during the Halloween 2020 event, and is permanently removed. This was the most expensive fire-arm at the time of 10/31/2020. The price stood at $10,000. It is the first public rocket launcher to be added into Criminality and thus was not balanced. For the price of 10k, it could only down a player, had a mediocre explosion radius, and the rocket would fly upwards after some time of traveling. Despite this, it was still still quite good if you could get it from a red scrap pile, as it could damage multiple players at once and had little to no hindrance of mobility.

Appearance
The HL-MK-I has the base gun taken from the RCU rocket launcher, the Panzerfaust-3 although a slightly different color. The "rockets" themselves were the meshes of the Sinister P. accessory, but glossier and changed to have white glowing neon eyes and mouth.
Patch history
There was a 3% chance of getting this from a red scrap pile. This is a clone of the RPG, holding more ammo and dealing less damage. The developers forgot to remove the launcher from red scrap piles, so you could scavenge them from red scrap piles after the event for a little while. The weapon only had 3 recorded instances of people using it. When the Hallows Launcher was fired, the rocket would go up into the sky if it did not hit your target, unlike the RPG where the rocket keeps traveling.
