The Alpha Werewolf is an upcoming Miniboss mentioned in the Wonder Weapons update. It is similar to normal Werewolves, except it has glowing white eyes and its body is bigger and darker. The Alpha Werewolf can only be encountered in the Werewolf Woods, and moves faster than the regular Werewolf.

Patch history
The Alpha Werewolf is the one of the two entities exclusive to a biome that was listed in the Wonder Weapons update notes, the other being the Acid Skeleton. Similar to the Spear, the Alpha Werewolf was mentioned in the update notes despite not being available anywhere in the game.
