Krampus Prime appears in Outlaw's Town after the player attempts to open Santa's cage. Krampus Prime uses the same model as Edison Prime, but differs by being larger, having different color tones, and with the jar on its head replaced. Krampus Prime attacks the player by firing bullets and also launching a powerful lightning sphere similar to the Tesla Cannon. Upon death, Krampus Prime spins, triggering a massive explosion similar to the Holy Hand Grenade, causing its body to disappear and ending the game mode. The explosion deals damage to nearby players/entities. Krampus Prime can also be summoned by the Krampus Class, which was also accessible during the 2025 Christmas event. This class upon death will summon a friendly Krampus Prime, which is heavily nerfed compared to the original

Strategies
By far the most deadly attack you can ever face from this boss is his electric ball attack, which essentially one-shots anything hit by it. Plus, the ball also moves at a very fast speed, and covers a large explosion area. Therefore, it's recommended to stock up on Snake Oil and rapidly drink some in order to get as far as possible for safety. When Krampus Prime spawns, he will immediately fires his cannon. The player is advised to be prepared to dodge as soon as the prompt for opening the cage is completed. If the Tesla Lab spawns in your run, make sure you summon Nikola Tesla to get the Electrocutioner, making it faster to eliminate since Nikola Tesla does not spawn even if you reassemble him. It is recommended to use the Survivalist Class, since its headshot damage is maxed without getting damage. It is recommended to use the Springfield Rifle against him since it can kill him in just a few shots. He can get stuck if his target is on a rooftop. This make headshots exceptionally easy to perform due to his head appearing very close to the player if the player is on a rooftop. If the player using Krampus Class is recommended to reset to summon friendly Krampus Prime if in a pinch and let your friend revive you if a source of reviving(Bandages, Doctor Class) is available. This can be a good early game strategy to defeat the first towns.
Trivia
Krampus Prime is currently the tallest entity in the game. This record has previously held by Easter Bunny Krampus Prime has a name on his torso titled "Edison Prime MK II". According to the Lore, Edison Prime is supposed to be the hero in Dead Rails after the defeat of Nikola Tesla. However, Krampus Prime is instead hostile towards the players, so it is implied that Agent-15 somehow got into his brain, corrupting him and making he hostile. However, it is unknown why he had kidnapped Santa and is able to hire Outlaws. Krampus Prime is based on a German Folklore Named "Krampus". Due to his large size, it’s possible to get him stuck at the Outlaw's Town. There's a weird glitch that rarely occurs is if the Elves manages to get under the legs of Krampus Prime, Krampus will not able to shoot or kill the Elves below it.
