Overview[1]
Acid Rain is one of the 13 disasters in Natural Disaster Survival. During this disaster, acidic raindrops will fall from the sky, hurting players and wearing down structures. Objects hit by the rain will start to change colour, first turning grey, then green. When an object turns green, it will be detached from its structure and will be able to damage players' health when in contact. Further rain will cause the object to have a darker shade of green, eventually turning black and disappearing thereafter.

Tips & tricks
Find shelter with as many layers or parts as possible while ensuring the ground beneath is not vulnerable to the rain. If the ceiling is compromised, move to the other remaining shelter immediately.
As the acid rain always falls at a certain angle, players can judge the direction of the rain and find structure or terrain tall enough to block the rain while outside in the open.
On maps with little shelter, such as Fort Indestructible, follow the direction of the rain and hide behind the fort walls, where the rain will be blocked by the tall outer walls.
Square trees, despite their size, are very good shelters.
History
This disaster was added on December 28, 2014.
This disaster is not very realistic, as real-life acid rain is not acidic enough to dissolve entire blocks, but in Natural Disaster Survival, Acid Rain can cause objects to unweld in a matter of seconds.
On the map Lucky Mart, it's very hard to survive this disaster due to its unstable nature.
